Launching Talox Digital Café
We’ve just launched the Talox Digital Café – an online forum where Talox users can gather learn, share, and connect with us and each other. We will be hosting the Digital Café every 2 weeks on Zoom, where users can join in a 20 minutes online session (just enough time for a coffee) to take part in live tutorials, discussions, and knowledge sharing. The Talox Digital Café aims to help connect members of the Talox community.

The first episode of Talox Digital Café Talox series was hosted earlier this week. The tutorial topic this week was Mastering Data Tables. We explored the powerful searching, sorting, and filtering capabilities that allow Talox users to easily find any information about their tenants, leases, spaces, and deals.
We moved on to have a short discussion about the conceptual difference between ‘Availability Status’ and ‘Occupancy Status’ on the platform. Attendees also participated in a poll which yielded some interesting insights, including:
78% of users expected their company to increase their usage of Talox over the next 6 months,
and a whopping 100% felt that landlord rep brokers will need to provide more digital services to stay competitive and win their business in the future
