Our Singapore based startup is looking for a manager of digital marketing to join our growing team in Singapore. The digitization wave of the commercial real estate industry in Asia Pacific is ongoing. Talox is at the forefront of this movement by providing a purpose built, commercial leasing and asset management cloud platform designed for landlords and agents. Our service enables our clients to use lease data to improve productivity and gain unique insights of their building through big data analytics.


Talox was conceptualized in 2016 and launched in 2018 by real estate professionals. We are headquartered in Singapore and have the vision to become the leading Asia Pacific real estate technology solution for the commercial real estate industry.

Your skillset:

  • You will lead vision, strategy, and results for acquiring new tenants and tenant brokers encompassing all digital, social and mobile channels

  • You will define, and drive our acquisition and paid media KPIs

  • You will build, mentor, and manage a team, including experienced direct reports

  • You will develop and drive adoption of smart experimentation frameworks that result in significant learnings, efficiency and revenue growth

  • You will partner cross-functionally with other departments including product, development and operations to launch the marketplace

  • You will develop, implement, test and grow multi-channel marketing strategies to generate demand and grow our customer base

  • You will create high-performing, repeatable programs across a variety of channels; possibly including: SEO, SEM, retargeting, paid social, mobile, etc.

  • You will develop a quarterly plan to forecast user growth, establish a spending strategy including cost per lead & lead quality metrics, and allocate budget to meet growth goals

  • You will improve and optimize campaign results through landing pages, content headlines, ad copy & images, emails and other pieces of our acquisition funnel

  • You will collaborate internally to test and optimize content, design and conversion elements of our website to improve performance metrics and results

  • You will manage our acquisition program from strategy to execution and track campaign ROI and performance for all channels and strategies against metrics

  • An expert digital marketer who has operated significant media budgets and delivered results

  • Comfortable managing SEO with resourcing/support

  • Able to translate quantitative & qualitative data/insights into a strong marketing strategy and communicate the insights to others in the organization

  • Experienced with channel and site testing optimization 

  • Ideally you have launched a product or brand extension and know what it takes to build excitement around a new launch

  • Had a demonstrated impact on revenue and the growth trajectory from innovative ideas and collaboration with your team

  • Both analytical and creative, able to evaluate the efficacy of a campaign based on business results, but creative and innovative in your thinking

  • Resourceful and curious and you love to solve problems in order to drive continuous improvement

  • Exhilarated by building new things 

  • Able to understand the consumer mindset and are dedicated to great consumer experiences 

  • Take ownership, collaborate well cross-functionally and have a high level of accountability in both independent and team initiatives

  • Have strong project management skills including ideation, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines, and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations

  • Have experience defining success metrics and delivering on critical KPI targets with a drive for results

  • A self-starter with the ability to set and meet deadlines, prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects at once

  • Have ecommerce, marketplace, Direct to Consumer marketing experience

  • Have at least 6-8 years of experience in acquisition marketing, direct response advertising or organic and paid performance media at a high-growth consumer brand
