Our Singapore based startup is looking for an Account Development Manager to join our growing team in Singapore. The digitization wave of the commercial real estate industry in Asia Pacific is ongoing. Talox is at the forefront of this movement by providing a purpose built, commercial leasing and asset management cloud platform designed for landlords and agents. Our service enables our clients to use lease data to improve productivity and gain unique insights of their building through big data analytics.


Talox was conceptualized in 2016 and launched in 2018 by real estate professionals. We are headquartered in Singapore and have the vision to become the leading Asia Pacific real estate technology solution for the commercial real estate industry.

Your skillset:

  • You will help bring Commercial Real Estate into the 21st Century – ensure customers achieve success with Talox.

  • You will become an expert of the Talox product suite and value propositionEmploy Talox’s sales process to drive customer expansion by identifying additional business value, building and presenting proof of concept (evaluation), through to contract closure

  • You will present to C-level executives on the value of the Talox solution through QBRs, data insights and product demonstrations in person and via web tools.

  • You will represent Talox and evangelize our vision through in-market events, industry groups, and CRE specific initiatives

  • You will leverage customer success into on-time renewals and contract expansions

  • You will accurately forecast and execute on quarterly revenue targets

  • You will negotiate pricing and sales contracts to close upsell business while navigating multiple decision makers

  • You will work closely with deployment, professional services and customer support teams to ensure our customers are successful

  • You will build relationships with senior decision makers, asset managers, and brokers at the top commercial real estate firms across the country

  • A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree

  • A service-oriented ethos, strong business acumen and a demonstrated curiosity to solve client problems

  • Accustomed to and has a History of good customer facing results

  • Excellent in interpersonal, written, and presentation skills

  • A process-oriented approach to the customer lifecycle

  • Attentive to detail, highly organized, and efficient in managing multiple projects at once

  • Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced team environment

  • A creative thinker; comfortable with ambiguity

  • Experienced in account management or selling software products/solutions in a B2B environment for a year, preferably in the information technology space.

  • Familiar with and passionate about tech startup industry
